Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides complete administrative support, while operating in a very time-sensitive, confidential, and multitasking environment. Situations may arise when variations in workloads, periodic responsibilities, or special projects and events require additional hours for the job to be completed.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Receive client inquiries on behalf of the Consultant and determine appropriate course of action. This may include proactively investigating and resolving client problems and recording the nature of the inquiry and advising the Consultant.
· Collection and distributing incoming mail.
· Processing and reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts and managing / updating client records and databases.
· Digitally preparing and maintaining client files, paperwork, and meeting notes.
Qualifications
· Administration Diploma or other Post-Secondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
· Discretion and ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

· This is a permanent part-time position offering a competitive salary.
· Tentative Work Hours: 10 am to 4 pm
